Hours of hire are usually midday Friday or Saturday until 12am that evening, then access until 10am the next day for clean up. 

There is a polished concrete dance floor at the beach end. For those after a family friendly environment, the close proximity to Browns Bay Beach and the playground are an added bonus.

You are welcome to make use of our projector and screen as well as the stereo with inbuilt speakers, for background music. 

The venue can hold a maximum of 90 standing and for a seated event we would recommend 60, to allow room for the dance floor. There are 60 chairs and 16 tables (seating 4 to a table) available for use.  

Please note that we require that you have someone on the door for security and ID checking.
